Lorin Clark, MBA
Founder and Principal
Lorin Clark is an executive HR leader and advisor with nearly two decades of experience helping organizations strengthen people operations, navigate change, and build the capability needed for growth. Her experience spans complex corporate, multi location, public sector, and consulting environments.
She has led HR functions supporting workforces of more than 1,000 employees and partnered with executive teams through rapid growth, operational change, leadership transitions, talent challenges, and HR technology decisions.
As Founder and Principal of Kompact Advisory Group, Lorin brings a practical and business focused approach to complex people challenges. She works with leaders to understand what the organization needs, establish clear priorities, and translate strategy into action that can be sustained beyond the engagement.
Lorin also serves on the Board of Directors of the St. Louis Area Foodbank and is a member of its Governance Committee.
